Surely if the small local fisherman were given more support, they would be more willing to blow the whistle on cyanide and dynamite fishing.

In local fishing communities they know who is behind it, the government seems unable to track the sources of dynamite and cyanide. Surely it would be a win win for the government.

Call or email your local Senators, Govenors, Mayors, the elections are just around the corner. Senate agriculture committee chair Francis Pangilinan needs help and support to plead his case. (See Local action in as Sorsogon).
